Faith and Community Groups

Habitat-NYC is a faith-based organization that encourages diversity and cooperation among people of different religions and backgrounds. Members of churches, synagogues, mosques and temples work together on our constructions sites, and our homeowners are selected by need, without regard to race or religion. In addition to building with us, we recruit New York City faith institutions to use their congregational voices to support the issue of affordable housing for all New Yorkers.
