Transfiguration Lutheran Church and The Melody are both a short walk from the Prospect Ave. 2 & 5 trains. The Melody includes 63 affordable co-operative units, with 14 units set aside for Habitat-NYC families. This LEED certified energy efficient and sustainable co-op is the first residential building to meet New York City's Active Design Guidelines, promoting physical fitness and health for its residents.
