If you are ready to become a first-time homebuyer, Habitat-NYC may be able to help. To learn more about our program, process and requirements, we invite you to attend a Habitat-NYC information session, where all your questions will be answered.

If you decide to apply for a Habitat-NYC home, we will stay with you throughout the process, using our experience to guide your journey.

Read the application form carefully, print a copy and complete it with all required information. Mail your application, and a $25 application processing fee (check or money order) to:
